Your privacy is assured in this beautiful gated property.  Sleeping up to 17 guests with 6 bedrooms, 5 full and one 1/2 bath. Bring your family, hold a corporate retreat, or host your wedding inside the 40 seat pavilion which rests on the grounds. Enjoy the vacation of your dreams in this opulent home. This property comes with 3 deep water boat slips. Stroll the grounds and enjoy the private beach with a hammock or relax on the included sleeping porch. Bring your boat, enjoy the fishing dock, or play at the beach…all can be yours. This is a great place to bring your kayak. Enjoy the full game room with Billiards, a poker table, and a luxurious full bath.  There are fireplaces, fire pits, and a horseshoe pit.  A golf cart is also included in your stay to move around the property.

WEDDINGS & EVENTS AT MERRIMON ESTATE

RENTAL DETAILS:

Peak Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) rentals are Weekly from Friday to Friday only. However, if rental is not booked 2 weeks out from the scheduled date we will consider a 4-night minimum stay. Please call for details.

Off-Season rentals are 3-night minimum stays.

Price: $6,000 per week (Peak Season) | $700 per night (Off Season)

Rental includes Rate listed + 12.75% NC Sales Tax + $300 Cleaning Fee + $200 Linen Fee + $200 Pet Fee + REFUNDABLE $500 Damage Deposit. Please call us with any questions regarding pricing!
