This property comes with 3 deep water boat slips. Stroll the grounds and enjoy the private beach with a hammock or relax on the included sleeping porch. Bring your boat, enjoy the fishing dock, or play at the beach…all can be yours. This is a great place to bring your kayak. Enjoy the full game room with Billiards, a poker table, and a luxurious full bath.  There are fireplaces, fire pits, and a horseshoe pit.  A golf cart is also included in your stay to move around the property.

This one-story 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath historic and charming beach cottage in Salter Path has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! With newly remodeled pine floors, an in-ground private swimming pool, tile bathrooms, a white picket fence, and luxurious decorations – it’s a quaint beauty to behold.

Historically, this cottage was owned by the Frost Family who ran Frost Seafood House for nearly 50 years – a staple in the Salter Path area that is long-since missed!

The Frost Seafood House Restaurant in Salter Path, NC was owned and operated by The Frost Family for nearly 50 years.

Now, the cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to attractions such as The Big Oak Drive-In & Bar-BQ, Scoops Ice Cream shop, The Crab Shack, and Anchor Drafthouse (sound front dining). You can also walk straight to the Dollar General for any necessities.

Walk into this charming cottage and be amazed at the large inviting living room with exposed beams and comfy couch + Daybed. This leads you to the large Dining table and Fully-stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs.

Our Spacious King-size bedroom is located on the right side of the house with a master bathroom & a large shower with two separate sinks. The perfect oasis after a long day in the sun.

We also have a Queen size bedroom with a vanity & a 3rd bedroom with 3 Twins (2 Twin beds on the ground, 1 Twin bed in a custom Loft). 2nd Bathroom is full size with a shower and bathtub.

Adorable screened-in front porch with rocking chairs and large back deck with a view of the private swimming pool and grill are available for use during your stay. The swimming pool area is also fenced-in with a yard for any pets.

For beach access, the nearest public access is located only .2 miles away!

The upstairs cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beautiful downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This house can be rented altogether or as two separate vacation homes. The large backyard is excellent for weddings, grilling, and having the whole family together for a wonderful time. Enjoy the pier and get a great tan, play in the water, or catch some fresh fish.

If you want to go beach-combing, take a walk in the sunset, or catch the next best wave, it’s only a short walk to the beach (approximately 5 minutes). Inside, enjoy all of the comforts of home with a nicely appointed kitchen, 5 bedrooms, excellent living area, and tremendous views of Bogue Sound! Relax in the living room or on the soft plush couches in the sunroom while enjoying the sounds, smell, and views on the Maritime Coast.
