This one-story 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath historic and charming beach cottage in Salter Path has everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! With newly remodeled pine floors, an in-ground private swimming pool, tile bathrooms, a white picket fence, and luxurious decorations – it’s a quaint beauty to behold.

Historically, this cottage was owned by the Frost Family who ran Frost Seafood House for nearly 50 years – a staple in the Salter Path area that is long-since missed!

Now, the cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to attractions such as The Big Oak Drive-In & Bar-BQ, Scoops Ice Cream shop, The Crab Shack, and Anchor Drafthouse (sound front dining). You can also walk straight to the Dollar General for any necessities.

Walk into this charming cottage and be amazed at the large inviting living room with exposed beams and comfy couch + Daybed. This leads you to the large Dining table and Fully-stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs.

Our Spacious King-size bedroom is located on the right side of the house with a master bathroom & a large shower with two separate sinks. The perfect oasis after a long day in the sun.

We also have a Queen size bedroom with a vanity & a 3rd bedroom with 3 Twins (2 Twin beds on the ground, 1 Twin bed in a custom Loft). 2nd Bathroom is full size with a shower and bathtub.

Adorable screened-in front porch with rocking chairs and large back deck with a view of the private swimming pool and grill are available for use during your stay. The swimming pool area is also fenced-in with a yard for any pets.

For beach access, the nearest public access is located only .2 miles away!

RENTAL DETAILS:

Peak Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) rentals are Weekly from Saturday to Saturday only. However, if rental is not booked 2 weeks out from the scheduled date we will consider a 4-night minimum stay. Please call for details.

Off-Season rentals are 3-night minimum stays.

Price: $3,200 per week (Peak Season) | $300 per night (Off Season)

Rental includes Rate listed + 12.75% NC Sales Tax + $200 Cleaning Fee + $200 Linen Fee + $200 Pet Fee + REFUNDABLE $500 Damage Deposit. Please call us with any questions regarding pricing!
