The top floor has the master suite with a private bath plus one more bedroom. Also, the main kitchen, living room, and dining room are on the top level. There is also a new elevator from the ground floor all the way to the top.

RENTAL DETAILS:

Peak Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) rentals are Weekly from Saturday to Saturday only. However, if rental is not booked 2 weeks out from the scheduled date we will consider a 4-night minimum stay. Please call for details.

Off-Season rentals are 3-night minimum stays.

Price: $8,500 per week (Peak Season) | $700 per night (Off Season)

Rental includes Rate listed + 12.75% NC Sales Tax + $300 Cleaning Fee + $200 Linen Fee + $200 Pet Fee + REFUNDABLE $500 Damage Deposit. Please call us with any questions regarding pricing!
